Once more, Afrihealth Optonet Association [CSOs Network] and HSP Consultants Ltd are thankful to the over 450 participants from across the universe who registered for/attended our Free training on Project Life Cycle early this month. We are encouraged by the interests generated via this intervention and thank you for your appreciations and generous comments received.
In response to the several requests for more capacity development interventions, we are pleased to announce that we have programmed a fresh round of free and sponsored capacity building activities for the remaining months of 2021. This is especially important for the sustainability of these services. We thank you for your understanding.
As presented in the table below, these trainings shall hold both virtually and physically, and have been staggered enough to fit into our ever-busy schedules. We have also provided links/URLs to the curricula of the courses, other services from our stable, to facilitate informed decisions. Please share this in your networks and among colleagues, to enable them benefit, especially the FREE training.
For the CERTIFICATE courses, the physical trainings hold for 22.5 hours over 5 days (Monday – Friday), while the virtual/online trainings hold for 25 hours over 10 days.

Afrihealth Optonet Association is a community-focused civil society organization [CSOs] network/think-tank of about 1000 CSOs with interests in the promotion of Health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and achievement/realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in the global South. AFRIHEALTH Network and its members are involved in Health [Universal Health Coverage, HIV/AIDS, TB, FP/RH and Malaria - prevention, treatment, impact mitigation, care and support]; Vaccinations/Immunizations; Preventing/Controlling poverty-related Diseases; Nutrition and Food Security; Energy and Environment; and Empowerment, Gender/women empowerment, Good Governance and Human Rights. The Health Systems and Projects Consultants (HSPC) Limited is a Nigerian management-holding consultancy firm established to provide and promote systems management, capacity building/training and evidence-generation/research and outreach services for the Health (including PHC, HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria), Nutrition and Food Security, Energy and Environment, and Good Governance and Human Rights. Incorporated in December 2011, HSPC Ltd strives to be a key private-sector player in providing technical services, leadership and support in conferences/workshops/seminars, evaluation, reviews, assessments and oversights, monitoring and evaluations (M&E), environmental impact assessments and performance audits. Dr. Uzodinma Adirieje is a certified Trainer, Facilitator, Trainers’ trainer and independent consultant. He is a Health and Development Systems Strengthening and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist, Writer/Columnist, Health Economist, Health & Environment/Energy/Climate/Biodiversity Advocate, Fed. Govt Accredited Trainer/Facilitator, Evaluator, Certified Management Consultant and Certified Management Specialist. He is CEO/Global Coordinator & UN/ECOSOC Representative of Afrihealth Optonet Association - a 24-years old civil society network/coalition of about 600 member-organizations in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Haiti, Malawi and Uganda with focus on Health, Energy/Environment, Nutrition/Food Security, and Gender/Good Governance/Human Rights using Partnerships, Advocacy, Research, Capacity Development, Outreaches, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). Among other professional services, he’s also the Chairman, Civil Society Organizations Strategy Group on Sustainable Development Goals (CSOSG-SDGs) in Nigeria; Country Group Lead, Civil Society Consultations on 2020 Voluntary National Review (VNR) of the SDGs, Nigeria; Executive Secretary, Nigeria Universal Health Coverage Actions Network (NUHCAN); National President, Nigerian Association of Evaluators (NAE); Member, National Core Working Group on 2020 Voluntary National Review (CWG-VNR), Nigeria; President, Society for Conservation and Sustainability of Energy and Environment in Nigeria (SOCSEEN); and Chairman, Nigerian Science-Policy Platform for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (NiPBES). He was Project Director of the UNDEF-funded Project which promoted the SDGs in 81 Niger Delta communities (2017-2018). Dr. Adirieje was also the National Team Supervisor and Data Collection Team Leader of the Global Fund/NMEP/ISA’s Malaria Matchbox Nigeria Project 2020 – for the ‘Roll-out of the Malaria Matchbox Equity Assessment among Internally Displaced Persons/Women and Refugees in Adamawa, Gombe, Taraba and Yobe states. Chairman, national World Malaria Day Committee 2019 in Nigeria; appointed by the Federal Government of Nigeria as the Ag. Team Leader - Implementation, for Nigeria’s Medium-Term Plan (2021-2025) and Nigeria’s Agenda 2050; and Member, Presidential National Steering Committee and Technical Working Group (TWG) of the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Alternate School Programme (ASP) in 2021.
